HR Operations Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Input and update employee information in HRIS and other HR-related systems; track changes in employee status, job titles, salary etc.
  • Support the employee relocation process, including coordinating residence permits, work visas, and other relocation-related activities across Serbia and Cyprus (with the possibility of additional countries being added in the future).
  • Prepare HR documentation according to company-approved templates for different legal entities.
  • Ensure timely signing of HR documents with employees in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure all HR documents are correctly filed and easily accessible for audits or reporting purposes.
  • Create and update HR tables and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
  • Previous experience working in an international, or European-based company is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of HR administration and labor legislation principles; familiarity with Serbian employment law is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Rippling or similar.
  • Experience in process automation, workflow improvement, and implementing new tools or procedures within HR Operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, high-volume environment (400+ employees across multiple countries), maintaining accuracy.
  • Native or fluent Russian and B2+ English proficiency are required. Serbian language skills are considered a strong advantage.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
