WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and support a team of account managers and a planner, helping them grow and deliver top-tier client service.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture and ensure efficient task prioritization across key accounts.
    • Run regular team check-ins to align on goals, share insights, and track performance.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the main point of contact for your own key clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
    • Understand client goals and provide strategic guidance, ensuring timely and effective delivery of reporting and results.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Build and drive account plans to boost client growth and retention.
    • Track KPIs, identify opportunities, and work closely with Growth, MPO, and Strategy teams to ensure smooth execution and proactive issue resolution.
  • Communication & Reporting
    • Provide clear, strategic reporting to both clients and internal teams.
    • Keep communication transparent and effective, quickly resolving any client concerns and setting a high standard for service.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in client service/account management within a digital advertising agency or related industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising channels, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening (30 minutes) – Introductory conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (3 days) – Complete a task designed to showcase your skills.
  • Interview with VP of Client Service (up to 45 minutes) – A deep dive into your experience, problem-solving approach, and role-specific skills.
  • Interview with Founder (up to 45 minutes) – A conversation with Stephen to align on expectations, team fit, and collaboration.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
