WHAT YOU' DO:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and establish the India Ad Operations team, setting operational and cultural standards, fostering a collaborative and high-growth environment, and ensuring strategic alignment and communication with US-based leadership.
  • Ad Operations & Programmatic Execution: Ensure smooth and efficient programmatic operations across DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs by building clear workflows, maintaining high quality standards, and helping the team solve complex technical issues when they arise.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key bridge between India and US-based teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and timely escalation of issues and solutions. Build strong relationships with local vendors, publishers, and platform partners.
  • Process & Performance: Build clear performance metrics, review team results regularly, and improve processes to make operations more efficient, scalable, and easier to manage as the team grows.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Ad Operations or programmatic advertising, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in managing and scaling teams in India, coupled with a nuanced understanding of local workplace dynamics.
  • Experience collaborating with US or Western teams, either within a multinational agency, a US-headquartered company, or in a client-facing role with American stakeholders.
  • Deep, hands-on platform knowledge of major DSPs and ad serving technologies (DV360, TTD, Xandr, CM360, or similar). Manual campaign running is not expected, but strategic platform mastery is required.
  • Fluent in English.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
