Team Lead

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and manage the Solutions team, overseeing daily operations and long-term team development.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workflows and processes across both demand (platform/vendor management, campaign troubleshooting) and supply (publisher management).
  • Ensure operational excellence across ticket resolution, campaign support, platform onboarding, and vendor negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, analytics, and technical teams to maintain seamless cross-functional workflows.
  • Own and drive process improvements, emphasizing efficiency through structured documentation and continuous feedback loops.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and conduct regular performance check-ins and development conversations.
  • Represent the team in strategic discussions with leadership and external partners.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or ad operations, including 1–2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: SSPs, DSPs, ad serving, and deal types (PMP, PG, open exchange).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign workflows, trafficking, tagging (VAST, tracking pixels), and delivery troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to translate business needs into clear team actions.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring individual contributors across different functional areas.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational involvement.
  • Structured mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on process optimization.
  • Experience using task management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
