IT Systems Manager (SaaS Operations)
What You'll Do
SaaS Operations
- Administer and maintain core business applications, including Google Workspace, Rippling, Microsoft 365, Slack, 1Password, Slite, Asana, and other internal SaaS platforms.
- Manage the full SaaS lifecycle, including user provisioning and deprovisioning, license management, usage audits, and budget optimization.
- Help to evaluate, test, and implement new SaaS solutions to support evolving business needs.
- Manage relationships with software vendors, including licensing, pricing, and renewals.
Automation & Integrations
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between internal systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO, and SCIM.
- Help to improve and create automations, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation.
What You Bring
Must-have
- 4+ years of experience in IT Operations or Systems Administration, including 1–2 years in a senior or manager-level role with ownership of SaaS platforms, automation, and systems integrations.
- Experience working in organizations with 500–2,000+ employees, supporting a complex SaaS environment with multiple business applications.
- Strong hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.
- Experience administering an HRIS/Identity platform such as Rippling or a similar solution.
- Experience managing multiple SaaS platforms across the organization (e.g. Slack, Microsoft 365, 1Password, Asana, Notion/Slite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining integrations between business applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO, and SCIM.
- Experience building workflow automations across multiple systems (e.g. onboarding/offboarding, user provisioning, access management).
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Good understanding of SSO, SAML, SCIM, and identity lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
