WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with various data sources (e.g., databases, APIs, flat files) to extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data.
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members on data automation projects, contributing to scalable and reliable data solutions.
  • Respond to support requests from cross-functional teams, providing timely and accurate solutions to data-related issues.
  • Help maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, workflows, and integration processes to support long-term scalability and transparency.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Strong proficiency in English (B2+ level).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and data manipulation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Certifications or coursework in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data integration best practices.
  • Prior internship or hands-on experience in a data-focused role.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening (30 minutes) – Introductory conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (3 days) – Complete a task designed to showcase your skills.
  • Technical Interview (up to 45 minutes) – A deep dive into your technical expertise, focusing on problem-solving and relevant technologies.
  • Team Interview (up to 45 minutes) – A meeting with Data Operations Lead to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations, and workflows.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
