Junior Supply Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in managing digital inventory and supply sources to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Analyze publisher inventory packages and performance metrics to identify new opportunities.
  • Support platform setup, monitoring, and campaign optimization in collaboration with the AdOps team.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure efficient onboarding.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and promptly resolving minor inventory and workflow issues.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or at least 6 months of relevant experience at a media/digital agency or on the DSP/SSP side working with publishers, direct campaign launches, and inventory-related tasks.
  • Basic understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals, advertising standards, and the oRTB protocol.
  • Experience in inventory research and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing digital inventory data is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (3 days) – A task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
