WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using BI platforms such as ClicData and Looker Studio.
- Extract, transform, and structure data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity by overseeing rigorous data validation, cleaning, and standardization processes.
- Collaborate with end-users to define key requirements and build dashboards that support business objectives and performance tracking.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data visualization, data modeling, and end-user communication.
- Contribute to data automation and optimization projects, improving reporting efficiency and reducing manual work.
- Document data workflows to promote transparency and consistency across the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Strong proficiency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets), including complex formulas and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, ClicData.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming data.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data quality.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery or AWS.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT concepts and working with data pipelines or transformation tools.
- Background in media, performance marketing, or another data-driven business environment.
- Experience mentoring other analysts, conducting training sessions, or leading small analytics teams.
