WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Be the Architect of Campaigns: Take the lead in executing complex advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms for clients from a wide range of industries, including FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, education, and others.
  • Optimize Through Data: Monitor campaign performance employing advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.
  • Insights That Matter: Prepare detailed reports encompassing campaign metrics, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
  • Empower Collaboration: Partner with the team to streamline workflows and hit campaign goals.
  • Grow Future Talent: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to strengthen their programmatic expertise and confidence.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 3-4 years in a digital marketing agency, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads e.t.c
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge, guiding teammates, and helping others grow their skills to deliver stronger campaign results.
  • You can translate data and insights into clear, actionable ideas that resonate with both clients and colleagues.
  • You love digging into numbers, finding patterns, and turning challenges into smart, data-backed solutions.
  • Fluent English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (3 days) – A task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
