WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Execute intricate and complex audio, display, and video ad campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Display & Video 360, Amazon, TikTok, Verizon, Xandr, and others.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns with precision, employing robust analytics tools, and employing advanced data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategies and maximize results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad serving and campaign performance
  • Prepare detailed reports encompassing comprehensive campaign metrics, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with junior managers, leveraging your expertise and skill set to provide invaluable support in meeting their responsibilities, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative team environment that drives overall success.
  • Providing guidance, support, and training to junior team members to enhance their understanding of programmatic advertising strategies, tools, and platforms to develop their skills and improve their campaign execution capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 3-4 years’ worth of experience in a media agency or digital agency.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong interest in staying current with digital and social media trends, platforms, and innovations.
  • Number cruncher and intuitive thinker.
  • Proficient experience in working with Google Tools, DV360, The Trade Desk or any other DSPs.
  • Fluent English (B2 +).
  • Experience in leadership or management will be an advantage.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
