Senior Technical Account Manager
What You'll Do
- Own platform usage and adoption KPIs across assigned clients.
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for clients after platform access is granted.
- Run product demos and explain key Elevate features in a clear, client-friendly way.
- Help clients understand how to use Elevate for planning, analytics, reporting, and optimization workflows.
- Proactively introduce new platform features, dashboards, AI tools, and agents.
- Identify adoption gaps and create action plans to increase active platform usage.
- Collect client feedback and translate it into clear product and data recommendations.
- Partner closely with Product, Data, Client Services, AI Lab, and Support teams.
- Support Sales and Client Services teams with technical product expertise when needed.
What You Bring
Must-have
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or a similar client-facing SaaS role.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, dashboards, analytics tools, or workflow products.
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, media buying, campaign analytics, DSPs, reporting platforms, or AI-powered tools.
- Experience conducting client trainings or product onboarding sessions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Client Services, and technical teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.

Hiring Flow
- Screening Interview (45 minutes): Initial conversation with a recruiter.
- Team Interview (up to 60 minutes): A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
- Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes): Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
