WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Launch and optimize curated deals across different SSP platforms: Xandr, OpenX, PubMatic, etc.
  • Prepare allowlists and blacklists for agencies and programmatic buyers, create different audience segments, and keep them up to date.
  • Monitor progress with buyers, prepare reports based on platform data, and provide insights.
  • Analyze data, test ideas about buying strategies, and suggest ways to improve them.
  • Actively participate in developing and testing research hypotheses, prepare testing documentation, analyze the data, and provide clear and holistic recaps and guides based on them.
  • Day-to-day communication with the Head of AdOps, technical account managers, and Growth directors.
  • Understand and use additional details from planning tools within the platforms (audiences, inventory, etc.).
  • Participate in testing pilots and new platforms, gathering results and preparing documentation based on findings.
  • Contribute to enhancing the team and company knowledge base.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 1–2 years in a media or digital agency, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Programmatic ad campaigns: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Xandr, Amazon Ads, Yandex Ads, or others.
  • Analytical mindset and data interpretation: A knack for crunching numbers paired with an intuitive approach to problem-solving. You are capable of extracting key insights from data and explaining them to colleagues.
  • Clear communicator: Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Team spirit: You're a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Tool proficiency: Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and data visualization and reporting tools.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
