WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Strategic Development: Lead the creation and execution of integrated strategies that encompass managed services, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Content Curation: Oversee the selection and management of high-quality content tailored to client needs, ensuring relevance and engagement across platforms.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Industry Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and maintain a competitive edge.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in media strategy, strategic planning, or a related role within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, including planning, execution, and optimization across major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, Xandr, etc.).
- Experience in developing and executing digital media plans across multiple channels, such as display, search, social, and video.
- Strong knowledge of advertising tools and platform capabilities, such as Google Ads, Meta, and other DSPs.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive target audience, competitive, and industry analyses.
- Ability to manage large volumes of information and translate them into actionable insights, presented through clear and compelling storytelling.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize results.
- Understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new media technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with proven experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Test Assignment (3 days) – A task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
- Tech Interview (up to 45 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Manager to review your test assignment, discuss your technical skills, and explore how you approach problem-solving.
- Interview with Founder (up to 45 minutes) – A conversation with Stephen to align on expectations, team fit, and collaboration.
