Evaluate new client opportunities: assess technical/reporting needs, pricing, resource estimates, and potential value-adds.
Analyze and manage the client portfolio, prioritizing key accounts to optimize profitability, workflows, and resource allocation.
Prepare reports and propose actions (e.g., growth, restructure, phase-out) to support portfolio strategy decisions.
Support client onboarding and integration, ensuring smooth adoption of execution, tracking, and reporting processes.
Serve as a technical point of contact, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable language.
Assist clients with troubleshooting, campaign insights, optimization, and understanding agency capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate setup, integration, tracking, and performance reporting.
Proactively identify and address risks or challenges.
Act as an internal expert on integration, contributing to process optimization, scalability, and knowledge-sharing.
WHAT YOU BRING:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing high-priority client accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and other related services.
Experience in strategy development and planning for digital marketing campaigns.
Team management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strong client communication skills, including presenting strategies, tactics, optimizations, and campaign results, as well as handling day-to-day communication and status updates.
Strong understanding of the difference between Performance and Media (tools, objectives, KPIs, analytics).
Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
