Creative Project Manager

WHAT YOU'll DO:

  • Own the full creative production cycle: from brief to final asset delivery
  • Manage and coordinate freelancers (designers, motion, etc.), including onboarding, task assignment, and quality control
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategist to translate concepts into production-ready tasks
  • Work closely with MPO / AdOps teams to ensure correct formats, specs, and delivery
  • Set up and maintain task management systems (e.g. Asana), including boards, templates, and workflows
  • Optimize and scale production processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time
  • Manage and mentor 1–2 creative assistants, including task delegation and workload prioritization
  • Support planning teams with input on creative capabilities, timelines, and production capacity

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, digital, or agency environment
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • Strong understanding of digital creative formats (HTML5 banners, Rich-Media, Overlays, Audio etc)
  • Proven experience managing production workflows and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with task management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience working with freelancers and external vendors
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to structure and improve processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI tools in creative production workflows

Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.

Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
