CRM Operations Coordinator (HubSpot)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Keep CRM records clean, complete, and up to date (especially agency/TAM accounts).
  • Add and update accounts and contacts.
  • Deduplicate/merge records and fix field inconsistencies.
  • Build and refresh prospecting lists for sales and BDR teams.
  • Handle recurring CRM support and admin tasks.
  • Track work and communicate status consistently.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in CRM support, Sales Ops, RevOps, or data operations.
  • Practical experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and experience managing and cleaning large datasets.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with structured, repetitive processes.
  • Clear communication and strong ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with TAM/account mapping or data enrichment
  • Experience supporting BDR or sales teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
