WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, priorities, and day-to-day operations while ensuring smooth workflow across all activities.
  • Translate ideas and initiatives into structured, actionable plans with clear next steps.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining consistent follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure steady progress.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized roadmap that reflects priorities and timelines across ongoing initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Prepare presentations and internal materials, as well as updates for leadership.
  • Coordinate travel, visa processes, and related logistics.
  • Handle executive communications across Slack, email, and meetings, ensuring timely and clear follow-ups.
  • Continuously improve and systematize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide support across hiring and other operational initiatives as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize processes where applicable.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leadership in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively track progress across teams.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience translating high-level ideas into structured action plans and driving follow-ups.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure execution.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics.
  • Experience coordinating visas and international travel arrangements.
  • Experience in AdTech, digital marketing, or technology companies is a plus.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Interview with Founder (up to 60 minutes) – A high-level conversation to explore your professional values, motivation, and how your vision aligns with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
