WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Take ownership of revenue growth across a portfolio of key programmatic accounts.
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of 2–4 sellers to drive performance and development.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with major holding companies and agency partners.
  • Contribute to shaping and refining the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered digital supply solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven management or player/coach experience in digital media sales.
  • Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data, measurement, CTV, etc.).
  • Strong, established relationships with large agency holding companies.
  • A revenue-first mindset with the ability to inspire and elevate a team.
  • Strategic thinker capable of operating both tactically and at a leadership level.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (30 minutes) – Initial conversation with your potential manager.
  • Technical Case Interview (up to 40 minutes) – A practical case discussion with the CRO focused on your problem-solving approach and role-related expertise.
  • Final Interview (up to 40 minutes) – Meeting with the CEO for a comprehensive discussion of your experience and overall fit.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
