WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Retrieve data from various sources including databases and spreadsheets; organize and format raw data into structured formats.
  • Create auto-updating data marts for BI dashboards.
  • Support and troubleshoot predefined data source templates used for visualization purposes.
  • Develop and maintain self-service analytics tools using BI platforms such as ClicData.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot, and deliver timely solutions.
  • Support data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Document reporting processes to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in dashboard maintenance and troubleshooting under guidance of senior analysts.
  • Attend team meetings, provide input, and actively contribute to discussions.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1+ of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
