Junior Planning Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in the development of digital media plans, including recommendations on media mix, targeting strategies, and budget allocations.
  • Communicate with English-speaking Growth and Client Service teams.
  • Do research work and result analysis.
  • Assist in other tasks and projects as assigned by the Senior Digital Planner or other team members.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven experience (6+ months) in digital planning, media planning or related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Platform familiarity and usage of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms is a plus

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening (45 minutes) – An initial conversation with a recruiter to get to know you and your background.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – A task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
