Junior Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Create and manage social campaigns (TikTok / Linkedin/ Meta / Google Ads) from start to finish, including developing targeting strategies, writing ad copy, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve client’s media or performance goals.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate reports to share with the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on advertising best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns (6+ months).
  • Understanding of Facebook advertising best practices and targeting options.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and support optimization efforts.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
