Legal Operations Specialist (Media Contracting)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the full contract lifecycle (MSAs, NDAs, IOs, SOWs, vendor agreements).
  • Build and improve legal workflows, SLAs, and intake processes.
  • Partner with product, finance, and commercial teams on contract execution.
  • Standardize templates and maintain contract tracking/reporting.
  • Identify risks, improve processes, and support compliance efforts.
  • Contribute to automation and AI-driven legal operations over time.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience in commercial contracting, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. legal frameworks and regulatory environments.
  • Background in legal operations or a related function, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience in building, optimizing, and scaling processes to support business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with tools such as DocuSign, Asana, or Jira.
  • Exposure to GDPR and general compliance frameworks.
  • Previous experience within the AdTech or broader digital industry.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and process optimization.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
