WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Coordinate moving offices in Q3 of 2026, including all associated planning, logistics, vendors, etc.
  • Help People & Culture and Administrative teams develop and execute a local employee/community events program.
  • Keep the office space organized, stocked, and running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle office documentation, contracts, invoices, and process payments in coordination with HR and Finance.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and personal support to executives and leadership.
  • Support the local team with on-site needs and improve office processes and workflows.
  • Assist HR with documentation, employee support, and other local tasks.
  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation for business trips mainly within Europe and USA, coordinate logistics for off-sites, and prepare detailed itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Take a proactive role in planning and coordinating internal company events and handle all related logistics, including venues, catering, travel, and materials.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Based in Belgrade, Serbia.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent or native Serbian, with English proficiency at C1 level (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Asana or similar task management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
