WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • First Point of Contact: Act as the go-to HR partner for team members, addressing day-to-day people-related questions and concerns with high-quality solutions.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and organizing impactful employee events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Policy & Benefit Support: Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and work arrangements, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (conduct exit interviews and oversee proper handover coordination).
  • Manager Collaboration: Partner with managers to offer guidance on employee relations, performance feedback, and career development planning.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator for employee concerns or conflicts, ensuring fair, professional, and respectful outcomes.
  • HR Program Implementation: Support the rollout of HR programs and initiatives that align with company goals and enhance employee well-being.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute employee events and corporate activities to strengthen the team culture.
  • Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and track participation to ensure the professional growth of team members.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3–4 years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years in a People Partner or similar role.
  • Prior experience supporting a team of 50+ employees, with hands-on involvement in various HR tasks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Rippling is a plus).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written, B2+ level or higher).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks independently.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Call (45 minutes) – An initial conversation with a recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and expectations.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – A short task to help us better understand your approach and skills.
  • Core Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deeper discussion with the HR Director and Head of Recruitment, including a walkthrough of your test assignment.
  • Stakeholder Interview (45 minutes) – A follow-up conversation with relevant department leaders to align on collaboration and expectations.
  • Reference Check – Verification of your professional background and previous experience.
  • Offer – If all goes well, we’ll be happy to make you an offer to join our team.
