Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Execute and optimize social campaigns across various platforms, such as Meta, Linkedin, and more with a focus on achieving media or performance KPIs.
  • Utilize your expertise in paid social advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in executing and optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
  • Proven experience in managing social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and bidding strategies in the context of paid social advertising.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher);
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
