WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Execute and optimize social campaigns across various platforms, such as Meta, Linkedin, and more with a focus on achieving media or performance KPIs.
  • Utilize your expertise in paid social advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least two years of experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns focused on media or performance KPIs.
  • Solid experience working with major social advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Understanding of audience targeting, creative best practices and bidding strategies within paid social environments.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
