Training & Enablement: Deliver tailored AI trainings, workshops, and demos across teams; optionally develop an internal certification program.
Innovation & Experimentation: Run practical AI sessions and workshops to explore solutions for real team needs; document and share outcomes.
Emerging Tech Scouting: Monitor new AI tools relevant to our work, lead quick trials, and assess their value for potential adoption.
Change Management & Adoption: Build adoption roadmaps, track usage and feedback, and support smooth rollouts in partnership with teams.
Community & Culture Building: Moderate AI Slack channels, share updates, and support the AI Champions network to promote engagement and knowledge exchange.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in digital advertising, marketing technology, or software development.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Proven track record of leading AI, automation, or other innovation-driven initiatives within an organization.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), creative AI tools, and API-based workflows.
Clear and thoughtful communicator — you create documentation and instructions that people actually understand and use.
Nice-to-Have
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, Python, or SQL.
Certifications in project management methodologies.
Background in AdTech, MarTech, or client support.
