WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Business Process Analysis & Operational Design

  • Lead in-depth audits of existing internal business processes across operational teams (Media Ops, Performance Ops, Client Service, Planning, Data, and others).
  • Document current-state (“as-is”) processes using clear, structured process maps and operational diagrams.
  • Design future-state (“to-be”) workflows aligned with efficiency, scalability, and best practices.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks that impact delivery, reporting, or scale.

Process Standardization & Organizational Alignment

  • Partner with teams to establish consistent, standardized workflows across pods and departments.
  • Reduce variability in how processes are executed and understood.
  • Support onboarding, collaboration, and growth through clear and accessible documentation.

Automation Opportunity Assessment

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities where automation can improve efficiency or deliver measurable business value.
  • Estimate potential impact and feasibility of automation initiatives.
  • Act as a central intake and validation point for automation requests from the business.
  • Ensure only well-defined, value-driven requirements move forward to product and automation teams.

Continuous Improvement & Impact Measurement

  • Support the definition of operational KPIs related to process efficiency and automation outcomes.
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiative.
  • Help embed a culture of operational clarity, discipline, and data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years as a Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Business process analysis and documentation.
    • Process re-engineering and standardization.
    • Gap analysis and impact assessment.
  • Experience working in complex operational environments (agency, Ad Tech, SaaS, services, or platform-driven businesses).
  • Ability to translate business workflows into clear, structured documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills (business ↔ product ↔ tech).

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
