Identify and acquire new supply and demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, networks, publishers, app developers)
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across the programmatic landscape
Negotiate and close high-impact commercial agreements that drive mutual growth
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless partner integrations
Monitor partner performance and industry trends to uncover new opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Serve as the voice of partners internally to influence product and strategy
WHAT YOU BRING:
3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within digital advertising
Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
Experience with mobile, CTV, or audio inventory
Existing network of DSP/SSP and ad tech contacts
Familiarity with major ad tech platforms and tools
