WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns, VAST tags, and third-party trackers.
  • Lead the technical onboarding of new platforms and ensure all technical aspects are handled smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Operations Manager during onboarding to address technical challenges.
  • Explore and evaluate new advertising platforms, testing their capabilities and integration potential.
  • Write clear and concise instructions and documentation for platform integrations.
  • Manage testing phases and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in the digital advertising space to optimize performance.
  • Proactively identify and adopt new tools and technologies in the digital advertising space to optimize performance.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong technical focus, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Proven experience working with VAST tags, third-party trackers, and a range of programmatic platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues while optimizing campaign performance.
  • Ability to quickly learn, explore, and adapt to new platforms and technology solutions.
  • Professional fluency in English, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
