WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Be the Architect of Campaigns: Execute ad campaigns across multiple channels (Programmatic, Paid Social) for brand-direct agencies with several sub-clients.
  • Optimize Through Data: Monitor campaign performance employing advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.
  • Insights That Matter: Prepare detailed reports encompassing comprehensive campaign metrics, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with senior managers and team leads, providing support to streamline workflows and drive the team's success.
  • Mentorship That Matters: Provide guidance, support, and training to junior team members and trainees to strengthen their programmatic expertise and confidence.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Cross-Channel & Full-Funnel Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a background in Programmatic and Paid Social.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Meta, Linkedin, etc.
  • Analytical Mindset: A knack for crunching numbers paired with an intuitive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team Spirit: You're a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
