WHAT YOU' DO:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Data & Solutions and other departments.
  • Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and operational scalability initiatives.
  • Manage project scoping, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support automation and operational transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain structured project documentation, reporting, and process visibility.
  • Suggest improvements, pilot initiatives, and new operational approaches.
  • Help improve collaboration, accountability, and operational standards across teams.
  • Work closely with leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in digital, tech, SaaS, agency, or similar environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives and operate with high ownership.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing and partially ambiguous environments.
  • Strong operational thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with project documentation, process mapping, and workflow management.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in larger-scale or complex organizations.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications.
  • Experience with automation, AI-related initiatives, or operational transformation.
  • Exposure to service operations, agency operations, or delivery environments.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or leadership teams.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
