WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Shape the Future: Design digital media strategies, allocating budgets to power key campaigns, and ensure every brief comes to life in ways that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with our Growth and Customer Success teams to bring your strategies to life. You'll be the go-to expert, guiding our teams toward seamless campaign success.
  • Win New Business: Be an integral part of our new business pitches! Your insights will help shape proposals and ensure they align perfectly with client goals.
  • Mentor and Grow Talent: Lead the way for junior team members, mentoring and sharing your knowledge to help them become future industry leaders.
  • Industry Insights Guru: Develop category overviews, track industry trends, and present compelling updates infused with actionable takeaways and strategic recommendations to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Stay Ahead: Always keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices. Propose bold, innovative strategies that put us ahead of the competition.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital planning, media planning, or a related role within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital media plans across various channels, such as display, search, social media, programmatic, and video.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Experience in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and new technologies.
  • Fluent English (C1+).

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead of the Planning department for an in-depth discussion, including a presentation of your test assignment.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
