Senior Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Search)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads with a focus on achieving performance or media KPIs.
  • Utilize expertise in paid search advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, generate insights, and refine targeting and creative strategies.
  • Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least four years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns.
  • Strong command of paid search platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Background working with Google Ads, paid social platforms, DSPs or other digital advertising tools.
  • Experience in creative development and optimization using Canva or similar tools.
  • Proven leadership experience.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
