WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive Smart Supply Capabilities: Lead the development of new Smart Supply capabilities and offering ideation in close collaboration with Planning and AdOps, leveraging opportunities across key SSPs (e.g., PubMatic, Index Exchange, OpenX) and strategically utilizing supply-side signals and integrations.
  • Productization Support: Partner with the Product team to design and evolve Supply Path Optimization (SPO) frameworks, leveraging Smart Supply’s AI to filter inventory at the source, reduce CPMs, and eliminate low-quality traffic before spend is incurred.
  • Growth & Planning Synergy: Work closely with the Growth team to shape high-level proposals, and with Planning to build tailored, outcome-driven packages aligned with specific audience moments and client KPIs.
  • Market Horizon Scanning: Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends, proactively developing Points of View (POVs) that inform internal offerings and influence the product roadmap.
  • Strategic Intelligence Leadership: Leverage market intelligence to define clear strategic blueprints for how Elevate should be deployed across different client verticals and business objectives.
  • Innovation & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor both supply-side and demand-side ecosystems to identify gaps in control and transparency, and propose innovative Smart Supply solutions that empower marketers.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • The Experience: 5+ years of deep experience in programmatic strategy, supply-side management, or digital media architecture, ideally with a background in strategy.
  • Technical Ecosystem Mastery: An expert-level understanding of the digital media supply chain, including hands-on proficiency with major DSPs, SSPs, and the mechanics of ads.txt and SupplyChain Objects.
  • The "Navigator" Mindset: A proven ability to look 1–3 years ahead, translating complex technical shifts into clear, actionable business strategies for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Power: A natural ability to work cross-functionally with high-performing sales and media teams, acting as the "strategic engine" that powers success.
  • Data Translation Skills: Exceptional capability in managing data and turning supply path DNA into persuasive narratives that drive buy-in.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (up to 45 minutes) – An initial conversation with the recruitment team to get to know your background, experience, and motivation.
  • Case Study – A take-home case study that mirrors real-world challenges, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your thinking, approach, and practical skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A conversation with your potential manager and team members to explore role-specific responsibilities, expectations, and how you would collaborate day-to-day.
  • Cross-Functional / Executive Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with senior stakeholders to discuss your strategic thinking, communication style, and alignment with broader business goals.
  • Interview with Co-Founder (30 minutes) – A high-level conversation to explore your professional values, motivation, and how your vision aligns with the company’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join the team.
