What You'll Do
  • Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans.
  • Lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals.
  • Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives within the planning function.
  • Coach and guide Middle and Junior-level planners.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership.
What You Bring
Must-have
  • 3+ years in digital media planning.
  • 1–2 years of experience in mentoring or team support.
  • Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms.
  • Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems.
  • Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred).
  • English proficiency: B2–C2; ability to communicate and express point in verbal and written English easily.

Hiring Flow
  • Screening Interview (45 minutes): initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days): complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes): a meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
