WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Strategic Development: Lead the creation and execution of integrated strategies that encompass managed services, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Content Curation: Oversee the selection and management of high-quality content tailored to client needs, ensuring relevance and engagement across platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Industry Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and maintain a competitive edge.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in media strategy, strategic planning, or a related role within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital media plans across various channels, such as display, search, social media, programmatic, and video.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising tools and platforms capabilities, such as Google Ads, Meta, The TradeDesk, DV360, Stackadapt, and any other DSPs.
  • Experience in creating a comprehensive target audience, competitive, and industry analysis.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information and translate it into powerful insights, presented through clear and compelling storytelling.
  • Experience in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
  • Understanding and familiarity with industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and new media technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening (30 minutes) – An initial conversation with a recruiter to get to know you and your background.
  • Test Assignment (3 days) – A task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 45 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
  • Interview with Founder (up to 45 minutes) – A conversation with Stephen to align on expectations, team fit, and collaboration.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
