WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Research and check inventory availability across DSP platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Beeswax, etc.).
  • Turn available inventory into packaged solutions for clients.
  • Analyze supply data, test hypotheses, and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting advertising campaigns, identifying suitable inventory, and providing performance optimization recommendations.
  • Support colleagues across teams with supply expertise and troubleshooting advice.
  • Write instructions and support activation on the operational side.
  • Build relationships with DSPs and direct publishers, negotiate, explore new capabilities, and share your knowledge internally.
  • Contribute to improving our knowledge base and team best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic media, gained on the agency, SSP, or DSP side.
  • Hands-on experience working with DSP platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax, and Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and its key components.
  • Solid knowledge of PMP deals, programmatic guaranteed setups, and deal troubleshooting workflows.
  • Experience working with CTV inventory is considered a plus.
  • Professional fluency in English (B2+), with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive and reliable team player, comfortable managing multiple priorities and requests simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with confidence in working with large datasets.
  • Nice to have: experience with SQL, BigQuery, or scripting.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Technical Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
  • Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Team Lead for an in-depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
