WHAT YOU' DO:

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment cycle for junior and trainee positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions alongside senior talent acquisition managers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and senior talent acquisition managers  to understand recruitment needs and find the best-fit candidates.
  • Maintain Talent Pools: Build and manage a database of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a continuous pipeline.
  • Optimize Recruitment Processes: Partner with the team to improve and streamline recruitment processes, enhancing overall efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience (1 year) as a Recruiter, ideally in a digital agency.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a Talent Acquisition Director.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Technical Interview (up to 45 minutes) – A deep dive into your functional expertise, problem-solving approach, and practical skills relevant to the role.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
