WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Launch and optimize preferred deals across different platforms such as Xandr, OpenX, Pubmatic, and others, under the guidance of other team members.
  • Analyze inventory offerings across platforms and curate inventory packages, allowlists, and blocklists for curated deals.
  • Create audience segments for curated PMP deals and keep them up to date.
  • Day-to-day communication with key stakeholders (Growth, Account Managers, Planning team), updating them on PMP deals performance and settings.
  • Prepare reports from the platforms and monitor PMP deals performance.
  • Provide support to the Senior AdOps Manager in executing daily tasks and operational activities.
  • Analyze data pulled from platforms, as well as reports coming from clients, and take actions to improve PMP deals performance.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 6 months in a media or digital agency, where you’ve honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Xandr, Amazon Ads, Yandex Ads, etc.
  • A knack for crunching numbers paired with an intuitive approach to problem-solving. You are capable of extracting key insights from data and explaining them to colleagues.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent collaboration skills.
  • You’re a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and data visualization and reporting tools.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
