What You'll Do

Kick-start your ad tech career by running real campaigns on platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP — with senior mentors in your corner every step of the way. If you love data, dashboards, and making campaigns perform, this is your launchpad.

  • Execute audio, display, and video ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and others, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Troubleshoot basic ad-serving and campaign-related issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and metrics, providing accurate data on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain dashboards to track the progress of all ad campaigns, ensuring real-time visibility of key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and team leads to support their responsibilities and workload, ensuring smooth workflow and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams (e.g., Growth and Client Service) about campaign status and performance, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ad tech tools and industry trends.

What You Bring
Must-have
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • English (B2+).
  • You have experience working with at least one DSP or performance marketing platform like DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or any other DSP.
  • At least 6 months' worth of experience in a media/digital agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Number cruncher and intuitive thinker.

Hiring Flow
  • Screening Interview (45 minutes): initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days): complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes): a meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
