Media Optimization Director
What You'll Do
Lead a Mixed Team:
- Manage and coach a team of team leads, ensuring strong collaboration, clear ownership, and effective execution across the region
- Build clear career paths, competency frameworks, and development plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and support succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Monitor team utilization, workload balancing, and staffing needs.
- Work on hiring plans and organizational structure.
- Identify operational risks related to capacity and address them proactively.
Operational Leadership:
- Establish scalable workflows, documentation standards, and best practices across all operational teams.
- Own and continuously improve operational processes across campaign onboarding, launch, optimization, reporting, troubleshooting, and campaign closeout.
- Ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to internal SLAs.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and automation initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner closely with Client Services, Planning, and Growth, aligning day-to-day execution with broader client and company goals.
- Ensure alignment between commercial goals and operational execution.
- Drive communication and coordination across departments.
Own Regional Performance:
- Take full responsibility for the region's operational health within the MPO Department, client outcomes, and margin-related goals, with a focus on proactive issue management.
Lead Cross-Functional Problem Solving:
- Identify risks early, build action plans, and drive resolution through collaboration with internal teams and leadership when needed.
Own Strategic Projects:
- Lead regional and department-wide initiatives such as automation, reporting, onboarding improvements, process design, and operational optimization.
What You Bring
Must-have
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the digital marketing agency environment, with a strong background in programmatic advertising
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, guide, and develop team leads or senior specialists.
- Demonstrated ability to own regional or multi-account operations and take accountability for performance, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build action plans and drive them to completion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence across Client Services, Growth, Planning, Strategy, and other internal teams.
- Strong risk management mindset, with the ability to identify issues early, escalate proactively, and keep stakeholders informed.
- English proficiency(C1) is required.

Hiring Flow
