People & Culture Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Prepare, schedule, and distribute internal communications, including various announcements, reminders, and recognition posts.
  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of employee records and confidential documents to HR Operations.
  • Coordinate and support employee feedback initiatives by managing surveys, collecting responses, and summarizing insights.
  • Provide organizational and logistical support for Culture Committee-led initiatives such as company events, team-building activities, and offsites.
  • Maintain and regularly update the internal knowledge base, including company information, onboarding materials, policy documents, employee FAQs, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage newcomers merch logistics.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for ad hoc People & Culture projects, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support broader departmental and organizational goals.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or assistant role, preferably within Human Resources, People & Culture, Internal Communications, or Operations.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, email newsletters) and document platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slite) is a plus.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (3 days) – A task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.‍
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
