What You'll Do
  • Execute and optimize social campaigns across various platforms, such as Meta, Linkedin, TikTok, and more with a focus on achieving media or performance KPIs.
  • Utilize your expertise in paid social advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
  • Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.
What You Bring
Must-have
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in executing and optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
  • Proven in managing social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with GTM and GA4.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and bidding strategies in the context of paid social advertising.
  • Fluent English B2+.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
