What You'll Do
  • Manage a planning stream within a pod (up to 7–8 people, max 9), ensuring alignment with business goals and pod-level strategy
  • Ensure team effectiveness, workflow quality, and adherence to deadlines
  • Maintain deep involvement across all RFPs/RFIs handled by the team
  • Oversee task distribution, prioritization, and workload balancing
  • Manage handoffs and collaboration with Client Services and MPO
  • Lead hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
  • Identify and escalate team capacity or performance risks
What You Bring
Must-have
  • 5+ years in digital media planning
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams (3-5 direct reports)
  • Hands-on DSP platform experience or strong multi-platform planning expertise
  • English proficiency: C1–C2; ability to communicate and express a point in verbal and written English easily
  • Proven experience in client-facing pitches and strategy presentations
  • Deep understanding of media infrastructure and execution
  • Demonstrated team leadership and soft skills
  • Advanced presentation and strategic planning capabilities

Hiring Flow
  • Screening Interview (45 minutes): initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2 days): a task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes): a meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
