WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own AI Digital’s Instagram and future TikTok/X presence, with a primary focus on employer branding, company culture and brand ambassadors.
- Build and execute a social media content strategy and monthly calendar that spotlights our people, internal initiatives, company updates, and special moments (e.g., Father's Day, company birthday, promotions, team events).
- Partner closely with our People & Culture team to surface relevant updates, new hires, campaigns, and HR-driven content.
- Collaborate with our creative team to turn ideas into visuals (but you'll drive the concepts, copy, and narrative).
- Lead the planning and publishing of Stories, Reels, static posts, and occasional carousels - you should know the formats that perform best for each type of content.
- Keep our internal employer brand content organized and consistent across platforms.
- Occasionally adapt content for LinkedIn (about 10% of the time), turning select cultural moments into professional stories.
- Track performance, monitor engagement, and bring fresh ideas to evolve our style and presence over time.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 2–3+ years of experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts for a company, agency, or personal brand - ideally with an employer brand or content-first focus.
- A strong portfolio of content ideas and actual posts, especially Reels, stories, memes, or mini-interviews.
- Excellent copywriting skills, your captions are tight, fun, and on-brand.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, social video formats, and Gen Z-fluent content.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, design, or content teams.
- Fluent in English, with a good eye for tone and cultural trends.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

- Test Assignment (3–4 days) – Complete a task designed to showcase your skills
- Team Interview (60 minutes) – Meet with members of the team to discuss your experience and the role in more detail.
- Final Interview (Up to 30 minutes) - Additional discussion with relevant department leaders.
