The future of measurement is governance-led

The advertising ecosystem is not going to become less fragmented. New platforms, new formats, new retail media networks, and new privacy requirements will continue to multiply the complexity of cross-media campaign measurement. The IAB's Project Eidos, the ANA's Project Aquila, and the WFA's Halo framework all represent institutional acknowledgement that the industry needs structural solutions—not more tools.

The organizations that treat measurement governance as a strategic priority will make better decisions, waste less budget, and build stronger relationships between marketing and the C-suite.
